Hi Dave,
Up here, 4 shoes(1 axle) would run about $60 including arcing them to fit your drum & usually done within the day. I think arcing makes a huge difference, I've heard some say it's not necessary. Since often PW drums are turned way oversize, I think it's a good practice. Several times I've had drums turned to the point where they've used oversize lining & my brakes always come out nice like new so why change now I ask? :)
