GM has been the number one auto maker in china for many years. it goes back to the 20s when buick went there and became synonymous with success. china taxes immported good to the moon so out fo the 2.3 million GM cars sold in china last year I think the number actually built in the US was something like 7000. there is no free trade as we dont tax chinese goods. there is no free market. they tax, we dont. its a one way street that creates prosperity for everyone else but us. I still think te car bail out was a goo dthing but dont like the way they are moving things to china.
