Looked like wrinkle finish , pulled out the heat gun and repainted one spot 3 times - each time the reaction got smaller . Had to repaint 2 fenders because the whole fender did the wrinkle finish thing . PPG did the right thing and replaced the product " that happens once in awhile " > They did not blame me - might be because of the amount of paint I burn through from time to time .
