They made hubcaps for D200s that will fit your truck,but Dodge never put hubcaps on pre 69 W trucks.

The hubcap will fit over drive flanges or Warn M7 hubs. I modified some (added hole) to fit the dana 60 that was in this truck.

I have a spare set that are a little beat up,but not too bad for a driver...
