which manifold nuts and washers go where?

I'm replacing my valve cover gaskets and fixing the winter summer flapper in the manifold, but I'm not 100% certain where the nuts and washers go that VPW sent me.

I have:

4 tapered steel nuts. I think two go on the outside of the exhaust manifold with no washers, since the taper centers the assembly.

Then I have four steel washers. Do they go where the intake and exhaust join together? These are think washers.

Then I have four large brass washers. Do those go where the remaining manifold holes are?

I see from my searching 15-20 foot pounds. I just checked all three PW books I have a no info at all on the manifold. Or at least I didn't find it!
