I agree with Mike. If the price is affordable to you, grab it. Run it a while. First thing to fix is any safety issues such as steering, brakes and tires etc. While your having fun with it, as is, you can decide its final future. That future could be a full resto, diesel powered driver or leave it all original. Then when you KNOW what you want to do......and have the needed funding, go for it.
