Bill, Dr Fryoidian slip here. Ve Vould needs zome more information. Do you have ze feeling of impending doom? How is your dream interpretation? Do you have recurring dreams that have the police nearly finding the buried body and you wake with paranoia but are sure of your innocence?
I will be able to work you thru this but it will take some time. Try to relax and have some tolerance of people using electric fuel pumps. If you can make this baby step I will be able to walk you into solid health.
