Hi Gary, no, the D300 has a straight frame like the W300. The only difference I've ever seen was on my 71 W300 there was no pressed indent in the frame where the steering box bolts & my 71 W300 did have...but now I'm not 100% positive all W300's have that indent. Seems to me I saw an older W300 later that also didn't have the indent.
