there is a guy here on long island that does a good job. arthur gould in fort salonga, ny. i have also seen an article somewhere to make a bearing type appear orig by adding a dummy zerk fitting. the key is to get a good one installed and not tighten the belt too much. the setup is not designed to take much strain. i have tried to balance belt squeal, too tight on my 230 with power steering.
