Thanks, Chris. When I was researching to buy this truck, I talked to one of the guys who did most of the mechanical work on it, converting to 12 volt, putting in the power steering and brakes. He said the owner had not yet put in a horn when he worked on it, but said the owner was planning to install a NOS horn. I checked the owner's receipts and he ordered a 12V horn and horn button repair kit from VPW. So I'm thinking electrical...
Before I get into that, maybe I should try the volume adjustment. Is it the screw located at about 5 o'clock? If so, which way to turn it to increase the volume? Right now I have none.
