Non Dodge Engine Noise Question

Hi, Last weekend I when to our countys annual auction. The main reason for attending was a 10ton floor jack. It would have lifted my W300 with little effort. But, it went to high. So, somehow I ended up buying a 2009 Crown Vic cop car. It has high miles but is pretty clean. The only problem is a loud nosie coming from the left side of the engine on start up. I am thinking it's the starter but wanted to see what you guys thought. Check out the video below. Thanks in advance for the help. Chris
