Wheels definately won't work they have a bunch of backspacing and you will have very little steering before the tires hit the springs. I think they also interfere with the brakes on most trucks. I am planning on using stock hummer wheels with dana dually axles on my m37. I have mounted the wheels on the front dually axle (75.5" wms to wms I think) and the outside of the rim to outside of rim is around 82" which is very close to what my m37 is now. With a single wheel axle ( I think they are 67" wms to wms) your overall width would be about 73.5" that would awfully narrow for a full size. Most people that use them because of the dual beadlocks recenter them. There are several suppliers that produce diy weld in centers for hummer wheels. If you don't haul super heavy loads I imagine you might get away with wheel spacers.
