Has anyone used this setup on their truck?

I'm wondering if these tires and wheels would fit on my 68 W200 with stock suspension. I've seen them on govliquidation and they seem to go pretty cheap. At 37" tall, I'm guessing there would be some rubbing. I also don't know if the 8 lug bolt pattern would match.
