Someone out there will take it whole and the 4wds are rare enough that repairable ones should be saved if at all possible.
Parting them out should be a last resort, as the PG PWs are a lot less common than the WDX-WM300 PWs. But that being said it is your find and you can do with it what you wish. If it was a rusted out hulk that had an axle you needed for your truck the decision would be easier. If you don't need it maybe passing it on is a workable option.
