JB Will hold until it the air expands and contracts the tank enough to loosen the screw and blows it out with explosive force under 150 psi air pressure, the said screw will then become a lethal projectile and most probaly will lodge into your fresh coat of paint on your truck or some meaty place or someone close to you bodies, that will require a trip to the emergency room to have it extracted, at considerable cost to your wallet.
Play it safe and weld the screw in let all the air out of the tank prior to welding or it to will turn into a bomb.
