I know this stuff has been kicked around and discussed, mostly with disdain, but I have used it on a couple of pretty solid tests in the past. One was a fuel tank for my boat that had a hole. I JB Welded it about 15 years ago and it has never leaked. Recently I was adding a 30 gal. tank to my compressed air system. I noticed the tank had no drain. I drilled a hole to install a drain cock. The metal was thin where I drilled and couldn't tap in enough threads. So I drilled another hole in te end of the tank, which was thicker. I couldn't reach the tank with my wire welder, so I decided to grind the area clean and JB Welded a large screw into the hole. The system runs at 150 psi, and has been holding for 2 weeks. I'm pretty amazed at the strength of the stuff.
