Headliner board needed

I have pieced together a headliner for a 57 Power Giant and am now looking for headliner board. I've made them in the past from what some places call cowl board, others bead board. It's a waterproof cardboard material. I need a piece at least 42" x 56" to make the top piece. The widest I've found is 39". Anyone know where I can get this product. It has to be 1/8" thick. I know I can get Maxxion board which is PVC but I want to stay original looking if possible. My hope is once I find a supplier I can reproduce these along with interior kits for the 58-60 PG's too
