yes. the 100 200 300 designations refer to the running gear.stronger axels,# of spring packs. 1/2ton=100,3/4ton=200,300=1ton. Body panels and cab parts have a long interchange life. 72 through 82? i think. even longer if you dont care about the body lines matching up.
