That pump is basically the same as the civvy Dodge cars and trucks from the '50's and probably the same as what you call the 230 pump. Yes, a lot of the parts came from USA, but they also used motor, gearbox pedals, steering, etc from local rhd production vehicles. The engine is the KEW (English version) of the 251, gearbox is anyones guess, I think pre-type np420.
