front clip removal

My 65 WM300 has a very tired engine. I have a rebuilt spare bored out 265 that came originally from a 40s 2 ton truck.

How does one remove the front clip on the PW? I assume you disconnect the radiator and remove the butterfly hood first...but what are the next steps?
