the C6x8.2 will hold a distributed load of 10,000lbs with a 7' span...that's like having 20k on your bed, which I would say is highly unliklely. The 10k figure is with plenty of fluff for impact loads and other things. Essentially, I would have no qualms with using C6x8.2 and spanning the whole length of your bed with bolted connections (spot supports) at the end.

The cross members are concerning to me, as 1.5x1/8" is super weak. I would consider going to something like C3x3.5. The crossmembers are going to bear the brunt of all impact loading and unevenly distributed loads. A C3x3.5 is approximately 8 times stronger than your little angle.
