Finally talked to the owner

He has this '66, says the frame is swelled in places, says it always starts, runs fine, brakes need to be overhauled. Apparently there is some rust in one of the cab corners. He says other than that, the cab, doors, glass, windshield frame are all solid. Paint is approx 15 years old. The black box behind the cab houses a winch running off a chain to the PTO. You can see the roller fairlead on the back of the bed. He has buckets in the cab now, but has the original seat. All original gauges, gas gauge does not work. Plow hydraulics work. Electric wipers. He's had it for 20 years, second owner, original 251.

I'm working on getting some more detailed pictures, he's asking $6,900. From the little information I just gave, and not knowing how bad the frame really is yet, would anyone venture to say if what he is asking is in the right ballpark or not?
