Only if that engineer thinks he knows how much liquid is truly in that glass, ha, ha. Meaning that a good engineer doesn't design/engineer a product right up to where he thinks the edge is, because the edge is probably closer than he thinks. Unless, of course, the people who count the money interfere too much.
