Good work, Keith. You prepared him for the real life. My 2 sons started coming to work with me when they were 7 and 9 years old. They carried a few boards for me and cleaned up. Later they got to nail some sub-flooring and do other tasks. I'm happy to say that they are now 38 and 40 and are both extremely qualified builders. The fond memories of those years are deep in my mind, and I hope, in theirs.
