Some years ago, the Supreme Court touched on common knowledge and common sense coming together as "the reasonable expectation of an ordinary man", man being an anthropological, not a gender term. (No I cannot cite the case.)

The Court was saying there are many things we have learned and many things we have experienced. They constitute a valid body of information, even though we cannot cite authoritative sources. We come to our Dodge forums with the expectation that the answers to our questions come from this valid body of information.

My answers about truck production and vehicle distribution are based on my experiences in the mid-fifties working in a truck manufacturing plant and driving Chrysler and Plymouth cars.

Your research gives definitive answers where I had only “reasonable expectations”. I hope you will bring those source documents to Fairfield so I can have copies made - introductory pages, not the whole parts lists. My reference library longs for fulfillment.
