and they legally belong to them until i pay the taxes which has turned into quite an ordeal
the bare chassis and the chassis don't even have to be classified as a model and just come in as truck chassis or cowl with a lower tax rate, the reasoning is that when they come in as a cowl it means they will be putting a bus body or some other body on locally and therefore the locals have a job and they let them in cheaper
where as the famous artic non artic cab truck comes in as cabin and chassis and they are trying to tell me it is worth $5000 and i will have to pay the taxes accordingly
but i am appealing this value they have put on it---might know today
