Glad you kept a watch on the guy. You might have saved his life. Could be any number of things wrong. I've known a couple guys who had heart attacks and didn't know it -- just felt really crummy and ended up getting talked into going to the hospital to get checked out and told they'd had a heart attack. Another guy was sure he was having a heart attack but it was just indigestion but while they were checking him over they found out he had cancer -- a kind that's usually incurable but because they happened to catch it early they cured him.
We always tend to think if we just tough it out we'll feel better pretty soon, and that always works except the last time when it doesn't. Hopefully the docs will figure out what happened and it's nothing too serious.
