I noticed all the freeze plugs have been replaced
I talked to the last owner seller and he said he replaced them cuz the others rusted thru
said the last time it ran was three years ago and did not burn oil-------lol
he said he has owned for the last 25 years and maybe put 40 miles on it as he had a 500 gal. water tank on it and used it a tad every year to water the roads
I also was mistaken about the makeshift radiator it is smaller and he said it had a little overheating problem which is not a good sign, but he did not use it much that way as he only put the makeshift radiator when he put the sheetmetal back on , when he got it the previous owner had the radiator sheet metal off and the factory radiator moved forward to acomodate the long bl.
he said he got it with the xtra heavy duty spring packs and that it was a road truck with an oil tank on it road co. used to oil roads with, hence the oil and tar all over the place
the altenator is 12 volt
