Sand or Black Beauty seem to be able to get in places you thought were sealed. Without question, plan on washing the 3rd members on all axles and washing out the axle tubes.

If the frame is really cruddy, the crud will act as a shock absorber on the blast stream and cut its cleaning action way down. I have a needle scaler (pneumatic gun to clean off welding slag) that I use to strip out all old mud/crud. The time it takes to clean the crud will save lots of money on the blasting end and gove a better job.
