That's kind of amazing that he has a complete kit with the box for sale for $9. Of course it was only $6.95 new, and this one is used, so he is making a profit on it.
The 8100 is a light-duty model, though. It's only 100W. I use my bench type soldering iron for all that light work, though, and use the gun for only the bigger stuff. It looks like the 8250 is the heavy duty model. Not so many of them for sale.
