Today i got the oil line that was leaking right at the gauge fixed. No more leak. yay for that.

Adjusted the fuel air screw that kept makin it stall when ya stepped on the pedal to try to rev it up. Thanks Vaughn for that tidbit.

Then got the fenders mounted, what a pain in the A S S by myself. My fenders seemed to be sprung, and the holes wouldn't line up for nothin. Finally got em all on and snugged down, Inner fenders also.

Raised the radiator the height of two axle u bolt washers in between the radiator support and mount. That got the radiator up to give the hood just about a straight line from cab to radiator. But the hood still seems to have a slightly larger gap between the fender and hood. Jason sent me a pic of his, seems to be around or just under an inch. Mine is about 1 1/2 inch. Gonna live with it for now. Latches work, and the gaps on the edges of the hood along the cab and the hood along the radiator cowl are good.

Got the door panels back from the upholsterer, covered in same fabric as seat. Tomorrow I'll put those on, maybe after I change the passenger window regulator, it seems to raise the window crooked.

I am planning on driving it for the first time tomorrow some time. Nothing major, just a tour around the neighborhood and see how it goes.

Vaughn was supposed to come over today, but is a little under the weather, hope I didn't do more than I should have and hafta take it all apart to do something I forgot when he can come over and help me.

Love these longer days!!

thanks
Nick
