Yes, still trying to push through all the winter work. Part of that is trying to figure out why my building draws 12 kW when "everything" is off. So, I'm opening up every panel and figuring out where all the wires go. This place was wired by a company that not only obviously had too many engineers, but also owned a copper mine. A lot of the wiring is m.i. cable. There are 8 big panels and about 10 more smaller ones, four generations of air conditioning systems that no longer work, etc. There's 4" copper drain piles, and even copper drywall joint tape. Anyway, one of my winter chores was to sort this all all out so I'm not paying for electricity that's running some long-forgotten and probably useless heater or piece of equipment somewhere.
