Then they get crushed. I think liability is one reason. UPS has them built special, so I think UPS is the "manufacturer".
I do admire their accounting/economics. Rather than "We have to buy new ones for the tax write off/ depreciation", they figure that in the long run they save by keeping the old chassis on the road. PW mentality, eh?
