i assume these vehicles are 6 volt
can't quite remember if I just used a 12 volt battery on my 47 wdx and the existing wires or changed guages
I know i used the 6 volt starter and it worked great with the 12 volt battery
We (my pw guru and I) may have changed out some of the guages to 12 volt but do not remember
