Dan, Excellent engine choice, just too much money for it. I personally wouldn't install a 4BT with a rotary pump. An inline P7100 pump is just so far superior that it's definitely worth the extra funds...just not that much extra! :)
You should be able to find a good 130HP 4BT P7100 engine for between $3500-$4000. Less if you keep your eyes open but unfortunately everyone that understands the huge advantage also has their eyes open.
Here's another used 130hp 4BT on Ebay but it's too much money also. It comes with the Allison but the trany is basically worth zilch unless you have a use for it.
