The radiator guard and hood panels with "DODGE" on them look like those on a 1935 Dodge, but the dual spear trim on surface of the front hinged door and the step out from the cowl to the door looks British. Hoods on USA built Dodge trucks were flush with the cowl and doors and all were visually tied together by a single spear embossed into the sheet metal.

Perhaps this is a Canadian truck custom built with a high-side express body that flows back from the cab. Or if someone overlaid the cab roof with the material and trim now there, it might have been a Canadian panel truck whose rear body was cut off at the belt line to make it into a pickup. In any event, it a great looking truck. Reminds me of a mid-thirties Diamond T with an express pickup body. :)
