That is working on a headlight buckets for a FFPW is a PITA. I was replacing the bases for the headlights with ones I got from VPW. Not a bad piece but the holes were off JUST enough to require enlarging the hole in the bucket. This process of course requires the removal of the headlight mount which is held by two nasty little springs and two adjusting screws. Putting these parts back together is where the PITA starts. I finally did get them assembled and the lights on the truck. The other lesson I learned was my deeper appreciation for my Power Giant trucks. Ok flame away I've got my fire suit ready LOL
