Well, I have reached the point of overhauling the transfer case. It has been a ton of years since ZI hasve had my hands on the innerds of one, so thought I should shout out for some input. I have one 50 model to overhaul and one 47 as backup. I do see the brake drums are different. I have the 50 nearly apart, but sam searching for tips or input on putting the thing back together without loosing my mind over the needle bearings, etc. There are always tricks of the trade, I hope anyone willing to share will tell me one or two. all of the gears look good so far, wioth a l;ittle galing on one of the roller bearings.
