The only different is the offset: the rim on the M715 wheel is attached to its disc such that the rim sits 1" further away the face of the axle hub than the factory W300 wheel. Your track will be about 2" greater with the M715 wheels than with the W300 wheels. Otherwise they are the same type of split ring Budd 16" wheel.
I do not have any spacers as I bought these wheels many years ago as extras for my SRW 1968 W300, since sold. You will have to buy spacers elsewhere.
Price is $75.00 per wheel including split ring, $300 total for all four, plus shipping via carrier of your choice. The wheels are in Denver, Colorado. I can email you photos if you are interested.
If you are in no hurry, I can deliver them next month for free to the Tower Park MV Meet in Lodi, Calif. I'll be there from April 19th to April 21st.
