A few weeks ago, I shipped 5 Power Wagon Rims to a Forum member. I have found that it costs less to bolt 2 rims face to face and ship them as one. Well, 4 rims arrived, but one of them had been a pair when it was sent. Somehow the set got seperated and they delivered the half that still had the address on it. I sent another rim right out to replace the lost one, and then filed a claim with Fedex. I got the check today, including the shipping of the replacement rim. No questions asked. They still have my business in the future.
I have used Fedex for the last ten years, and in the course of that time they misdelivered one other shipment, and refunded the cost on that one as well. Pretty good track record.
