As for the engines there were only three options in the W300 in 1958-60.
251ci FH6 used 1958-60
315ci V8 used 1958
318ci V8 used 1959-60
That is for US built trucks only (just in case one was built with the 1958 Canadian spec engine or something) and obviously excludes anything SEG might have done as a one off. But so far in my experience all the US spec trucks have been one of those three engines or some obvious replacement engine.
