At the first Power-Wagon Rally in 1988 there was a WDX-WM300 style truck there that had one rear fender made from fiberglass. This was years before U S Body Source started making their cabs, fenders, and doors.

The fender on this truck did not get any attention until it was pointed out by the owner. It looked correct on the outside and on the inside it just looked like a steel fender with a thick layer of undercoating.

I bet Frank Irons remembers.
