I don't want to start another off-topic discussion, but I love the irony of the state legislature voting to create a new agency to help prepare for the collapse of government. I mean, if the government collapses, this agency won't be around to help, and if the government doesn't collapse, they won't need their new agency.
I'm thinking Wyoming is just swimming in so much oil and gas money these days that they're having a hard time spending it all. Not enough poor people to give welfare too. Not enough large bodies of water to build bridges to nowhere over. Not enough banks to bail out. What a predicament for a legislature.
