but could you buy a deep water inlet for 53 million? its Texas, just bribe somebody with briefcases of cash! lol. So what your saying is they just float it over from korea. just like they did they did with the Tacoma Narrows bridge. they could have built that bridge in Seattle or Tacoma. But the asian business community has alot of pull in the NW.
