Has anyone tried to get a M/C kit for a '59 W100?

Most of the parts guys list a MK199, NAPA lists a UP199, these have 1 1/4 cups. My master is 1 1/8 bore. The 60 and up kit is a MK191 whice has 1 1/8 cups but the piston is 1 3/4 long and mine is 2".
if you look on the raybestos site for kit and master cylinders for the W100 they show the one for the W200, The 2 W100's I've had have a master that looks like the D100.
Any ideas? I have ordered a NOS kit off ePay, I'll see if it's right.
