We have absolutely no problem with mice or rats. And the cats just got here with new families moving into the neighborhood. I have an SPCA guy that lives right in back of me, and even he said there has never been this problem with cats. I have had mouse traps set here since we built this house in 2001, and never caught a mouse. Cats have just appeared in the last few months
