What is it about the new fuel? I have been soaking my air cleaner in a mix of gasoline and diesel to clean out the wire mesh. I splashed some on my pant leg. My wife washed theme 3 times and you can still smell the fuel. I know, I shouldn't be using gasoline but I wanted something to cut whatever is in the mesh to prevent air flow.
