John, The factory winch opt got the 1550lb front springs vs the 1350lb springs. Mine has a 318 and winch and was sagging. I took it to Denver Spring and had them re-arched with an add a leaf. A 392 Hemi weights 735lbs vs a 318 Poly weights about 575-600lbs., so you would need to compensate for that too.
