jsut because you can do it does not mean it will make any diference. I say no way it would help a flathead. your exahsut would then be more restricted defeating the whole idea. flatheads just done move enough air to justify gettting too carried away with flow mods IMO. I think Chris Cases dyno test show NO improvement with tubular intake and exhaust over the test with stock instake adn exhaust.
