The inner would be a standard Budd Power Wagon wheel. I do not know offhand the measurement of the backspacing of the outer, but the center has a deep dish and is "pushed out" as far as possible on the rim. This is a picture from the home page of Rob Stellar's outer rim. He shows it turned around and mounted backwards to show caliper clearance.
